I’m a new home owner and my AC stopped working suddenly today. I called the on call number and Joel called me back. I called first thing in the morning because we were getting an odd smell from the vents. Even though they were booked for the day, they made an effort to squeeze me in. When they arrived, they were very courteous and conscientious putting on booties as not to bring any dirt into the house. He took his time and asked us some questions. They were able to figure out immediately what was going on, and even gave me some tips before leaving. This was my first time using them since we moved in. Regarding this visit, I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

I called Ressler & Mateer early in the morning to request a service call for a non-functioning Air Conditioning system. Despite being very busy due to the first heat wave of the Spring the service technician came out mid-afternoon and quickly diagnosed and repaired the Condenser fan and the system was up and running within 20 minutes of his arrival. Wow. Came here to leave a review because sometimes businesses get bad reviews for no good reason. I see that that's not necessary for Ressler and Mateer!Let me add to the chorus. These people are outstanding. We had a complete heating (gas) and A/C system replaced. We were switching from oil. They did a great job getting rid of all the old equipment and oil tank with zero damage to the house. The new equipment was installed very neatly. No "shortcuts". Looks and works great.The whole interaction with them, from the initial sales call right on through to the installation was perfect. We also had some additional work done after installation, and a manufacturer problem that showed up a year later was corrected flawlessly.The price was reasonable for everything. Highly recommended. We would definitely use them again.

Dave arrived on time. He wore booties on his shoes, plus put down tarps on our carpet. I feel that he did a very thorough inspection. He found one bad part and replaced it immediately. We had an air conditioning unit that was not cooling as it should. Original system was installed by Ressler & Mateer close to 28 years ago and the air unit was replaced 13 years ago. They took my call immediately and were able to schedule a technician for the following day. Mr. Silva was able to arrive early and was quick to diagnose the problem - low refrigerant due to a small, slow leak somewhere in the system. As Winter is closing in, we opted to refill the refrigerant. Mr. Silva took care of it immediately and even cleaned our condensation pump. The unit is now cooling the house properly. Ressler & Mateer has always been a professional organization and Mr. Silva did them proud - excellent all around. Thanks for the outstanding service!

We had an issue with our water and had them come on an emergency call. They came right out, assessed the situation, and helped us get the water going again until they could come out and do a more in depth fix with the parts they needed to order. They have always been great! They also installed our water softener previously. They explain everything well. They are reasonable about their pricing. We called because our furnace was not working. Sadly the technician did not have the parts needed to fix the furnace so we had to wait two days over the weekend until they could get the part. Jesse came out to look at an a/c unit at my laundromat that kept tripping a breaker. After some investigating, he realized the coil was dirty. He cleaned the coil and it is now working as good as a 20 year old unit can. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Cost was much less than anticipated because I didn't hold much hope and thought it would need replaced.

Ressler & Mateer is well worth your time. Archie (tech) showed up within the two hour window that was given. During our introduction conversation, I informed Archie that I will be hovering because I like to learn (and there will be questions :) ). He was ok with this request. He answered all my questions in detail and never appeared annoyed, but was very pleasant. After the maintenance of the A/C unit, we had more conversation on the unit. Archie was very professional: 1) wore his mask the entire visit, 2) wore slip on booties when inside, 3) very thorough investigation of the system to ensure "all is good" 4) I learned something new! Thanks for taking the time to answer and explain how items work.

We are the original owners of our house and with all the HVAC firms out there we were fortunate enough to have Ressler & Mateer install our heating and air conditioning units..They have been very good to us by providing professional service for the last 11 years on a regular basis. We needed an 'emergency' service on the 4th of July. We called Ressler & Mateer and left a message. Within 5 minutes, Jerry had returned our call and told us he'd be at our house in an hour and gave us information regarding charges/fees. True to his word, he was at our house within an hour. He was very courteous, got right to work, and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. We were very thankful that Jerry made the trip to our house on a hot, holiday afternoon and resolved our issue for us! The charges/fees seemed reasonable and fair to us. We would definitely use Ressler & Mateer again and would recommend them to others.

Where to start....Working with Ressler and Mateer was so refreshing. We needed to replace our existing Heat Pump system. We were able to purchase a name brand system, Carrier, 17 seer two stage vs 14 seer at half the price of our other quotes. The system is so quiet. Great service!! Jesse came out and fixed my furnace on a frigid snowy day when woke up to my vents blowing cold air and no heat. He was very informative and nice and explained the problem to me.
